Westchester Game Zone(“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at https://westchestergamezone.com and the gaming lounge on the 2nd floor egame room, inside the westchester gym at 11 Clearbrook Road, Elmsford, NY 10523. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you interact with the site, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact detailsyou submit through forms — name, email address, and phone number, plus the type of event you’re asking about (party, tournament, camp, corporate).
• Waiver information — guardian and participant names, signature image, and timestamp. Used solely to produce a signed PDF waiver and, in the future, attach it to your account.
• Account information when you sign up via Clerk — name, email, and an authentication identifier from your chosen provider (Google, Apple, or email).
• Analytics data via PostHog — pageviews, button clicks, device type, and approximate location. Used in aggregate to improve the site. We do not sell or share this data.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, manage your account, generate and store waivers, and improve site performance. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

The site relies on a small number of vendors who process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

• Sanity (content management)
• Clerk (authentication and account management)
• PostHog (product analytics)
• Stripe (payment processing — Phase 2)

Children’s privacy (COPPA)

Our parties, tournaments, and camps frequently include guests under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website. All bookings, account creation, and waiver signatures must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Your rights
