Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I register for a party?

    Click any "Reserve Now" button below. You'll be sent to the booking page to pick a date and time, sign the waiver, and pay. You'll get a confirmation email right after with a link you can share with your guests so they can sign their own waivers ahead of the party.

  • What happens during the 90-minute party?

    The eGame Room is reserved exclusively for your group. Guests rotate through new and classic titles on PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch. Hosts handle the controllers, console swaps, and any in-game help. (eGame Parties are drop-off only.)

  • Do all guests need to fill out a waiver?

    Yes. Every participant must complete the waiver before entering the gaming room. You can complete it ahead of time at the link below — saves you the line at check-in.

  • What if I want more than the included rooms?

    The Ultimate VIP Party already includes Nerf, Basketball, and Ninja Warrior rooms. For the Birthday Game Pack, those add-ons are available for an extra fee — just ask your Party Coordinator.

  • Is there food?

    Drinks are included with both packages. Pizza is included with the Ultimate VIP Party. You're welcome to bring your own cake.
