How do I register for a party?
Head to the Birthday Parties page and click "Reserve Now." Booking is handled through our iClassPro portal. Once you book, our Party Coordinator will reach out within 24–48 hours to lock in the details. All guests must complete the participation waiver before the party.

Each party is 90 minutes in the VIP eGame Room with the latest games on PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch. eGame parties are drop-off only. Juices and snacks are included; cupcakes are welcome but pizza is not allowed inside the eGame Room. Guardians are responsible for any equipment damage caused by rough play.

Yes — our summer camps are a great chance to try out our tournament setup. Each day, campers compete in eGame tournaments featuring different games and formats.

Yes. We schedule tournaments throughout the year — single-day brackets and season-long formats where competitors accumulate points across multiple events.

Yes. Every patron is expected to treat others with respect. We don't allow harassment, hateful language, or property damage. The full house rules are posted on the About page and inside the room — incidents can be reported to thewestchestergym@gmail.com.

All participants need a completed waiver before entering the eGame Room. You can sign online ahead of time and download a copy — saves you the line at check-in.
